RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required forms and relax in our lounge.  Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment in order to ensure the next client will not be delayed.

We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice

for all appointments. 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice

are subject to the full service fee. 

HEALTH & WELLNESS

Please notify us before booking if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical aliments or disabilities.  This will prepare our staff in advance so we can provide the best spa therapy for you.

MAINTAINING OUR ENVIRONMENT

The environment of our spa is one of tranquility and relaxation.  In order to maintain this peaceful environment for all our clients, we ask that cell phones be turned off while in the spa. Please also keep in mind that loud voices may carry into treatment rooms so we ask that all guests use their "spa voice".
