Kathy has been inspiring and motivating people for over 20 years on how to become the best version of  themselves.

She has been an ordained minister since 2000 and owned and operated a family restaurant for over 30 years. Her own life experiences plus involvement with various organizations for self- improvement give her additional drawing power to help you in your quest to improve your life.


Sharon has 20+ years with Physical Rehabilitation working with several physicians and physical therapist as a tech and office manager.  She has also worked with special needs children.  Sharon attended Cincinnati School of Medical Massage- graduated in top 20 out of a class with 50.  She is licensed by the State of Kentucky, and will be licensed by the State of Indiana by 2009.  She is a member of AMTA chapter Kentucky and Indiana.

Marty has had a lifelong commitment to health and fitness of Mind, Body, and Soul.  His passion for learning to understand what motivates us, what shapes our lives, and how we can live longer, healthier, happier lives started in college as he completed over 200 hours of coursework in Sociology, Psychology, and Human Services.

He has been practicing Hatha Yoga for 36 years, and has been practicing Healing Touch™ over 5 years.  He is a recent honor graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Program at Southwestern College, with 780 hours of training in massage, CranioSacral and Myofacial techniques.
